An Overview of the Recent Changes to Technical Support Process

We have recently made some changes to our technical support process. To ensure consistency and a high quality of assistance for your enquiries, all technical support queries will be now be handled by the Omnitronics’ headquarters in Perth, the home of our engineering and support team.

If you’d like the assistance of a member on our support team, simply contact us in one the following ways:

Submit a support request online.

Email

Send an email, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:

a.      Your name

b.      Your email address

c.      Your phone number

d.      Your company

e.      Are you on an Omnitronics support contract?

f.       Product details:  Name, serial number, firmware version.

g.      Subject:  (Summary of issue in 10 words or less.)

h.      Message:  Description of issue, with as much detail as you can you’re able to provide.

Support Agreement

Clients that have a current support contract, or have products that are still under warranty, will also have the option of directly contacting a technical support member to assist with any queries.
